

Robert E. Fanelli, M.S.
Exercise Physiologist, Kinesologist
Mr. Fanelli earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Iona
College and holds a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Long Island
University. In 1997, he was honored with LIU’s Distinguished
Alumni Award for Science.
As a psychiatric technician at Silver Hill and Stamford Hospital
psychiatric facilities, he gained insight and appreciation of confounding
influences on an individual’s ability to perform daily tasks,
including
an appropriate level of exercise for health.
With a keen interest in the practical application of the biomechanical
principals of rehabilitative exercise therapy and its effects on
functional strength, neuromuscular efficiency and dynamic flexibility,
Bob attained Level II certification as a Corrective High Performance
Exercise Kinesiologist from the Chek Institute in California. He
is recognized as a Performance Enhancement Specialist by the National
Academy of Sports Medicine.
